  • Customers are requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation.

  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

2. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your booking with prior notice at no additional cost.

  • We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time based on availability.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If our team arrives at the scheduled location and access is not provided, it may be treated as a no-show, and a service fee may apply.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are generally not provided once the service has been completed.

  • If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will review the issue.

  • In some cases, we may offer a re-clean or partial resolution at our discretion.

5. Service Delays

  • While we strive to be on time, delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
