Customers are requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

You may reschedule your booking with prior notice at no additional cost.
We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time based on availability.
3. No-Show Policy
If our team arrives at the scheduled location and access is not provided, it may be treated as a no-show, and a service fee may apply.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided once the service has been completed.
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will review the issue.
In some cases, we may offer a re-clean or partial resolution at our discretion.
